Sevenly began with a moment of clarity during a women’s leadership retreat, where Erica reflected on her natural ability to create energizing, welcoming spaces.
This gift took on new meaning when she recalled being called a “candle lighter” - someone who helps others shine. That insight became the heart of Sevenly: a space where people feel safe, seen, and empowered to grow.
Erica holds a Master’s in Organizational Development & Training from the University of Denver and a Bachelor’s in Art & Theatre from Cornell College.
She’s certified in Working Genius, Enneagram, Hogan Assessment, The Science of Emotional Intelligence, and is currently pursuing ICF certification as an executive coach.
